Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm

• All SMG locations have limited reception services on Fridays for drop offs and pre-arranged pickups from 9am to 5pm.
• Residents must contact SMG prior to requesting key fobs/remotes/keys in order to verify quantities, allow time for programming, etc.
• Access control devices WILL NOT be issued on a Friday if it was not already pre-arranged for a pickup.
