Associations consisting of different types of properties (Residential, Commercial, Retail) have become more numerous in the Las Vegas area. Shelter Management Group (SMG) recognizes each type of property individually as well has how such organizations should co-exist given each member property’s governing documents combined with a knowledge of “best practices” on behalf of the commercial entities.
SMG will put together a comprehensive plan as well as provide financial reporting which takes into account each of the cooperating categories of property and manage their relations together on the whole.
