New Construction / Declarant Controlled Communities
New communities are being built all over the Las Vegas area, and with that is a need for a specific set of skills and experience in order to see a community through, start to finish. Shelter Management Group (SMG) recognizes what is needed in order to manage a community from the ground up as well the working relationship needed between management and Declarant.
SMG will put together a comprehensive management plan as well as provide financial reporting which takes into account start up and transition budgeting and the management of the community as a whole.
We understand the necessity to make new owners happy with the community that they have invested in as well as assisting Declarant members with transitions and staying on budget for transitions.
