Single Family Homeowner Associations

In many ways, single-family HOA’s represent the backbone of Community Association Management. They are what most people are familiar with when asked about HOA’s. They usually contain a very high percentage of owner-occupants who are very invested in their communities.

Shelter Management Group (SMG) understands that the residents in these communities are attuned to the activities of their executive boards and management. They want their community values protected and expect that community standards are maintained.
