We focus on bringing our assets, resources and experience to bear with every client in a way that other companies struggle to provide. We feel that most associations don’t necessarily benefit from a management company that has hundreds of clients in the U.S. and abroad. Associations want someone who knows their neighborhood, their local municipality, and most of all; associations want a management company that can meet their needs by providing them professional service and personal attention.

In addition to the community association manager (CAM) assigned to their association by Community Management Solutions, CMS also assigns an account executive as an additional liaison to association board members. The account executive works with the CAM and the association board to assist in on-going issues as well as strategic, long term planning.
